SENDLABS LAUNCHES LIVE HELP MESSENGERTuesday, September 11, 2007

Clients of email marketing company can now talk directly to experts from inside their accounts.

MANCHESTER, NH - SendLabs, an email marketing software and solutions company announced the launch of Live Help Messenger, allowing their clients to get immediate assistance while working within the SendLabs hosted email application.

We feel that Live Help Messenger sets us apart from our competitors and other companies as well, SendLabs President Brett Houle said. We want to service our clients the best way we can and not frustrate them when trying to get in touch with us.

When working within the SendLabs application, clients will see a Live Help Messenger icon. They can click to talk with a SendLabs expert within seconds to get help on any related email questions they have. It's a bold move for a company that has been built on bold moves.

Launching Live Messenger isnt something we felt we had to do, but rather something we wanted to do, said Houle. We want to create email marketing experts. Being able to assist people on their road to that goal is what were trying to accomplish with this addition.
