SendLabs Product Update: New Reporting Interface

If you have logged into your SendLabs account recently and checked your campaign reports, you will notice some changes. We've recently upgraded the look and feel and added a few new metrics to add to the measurement of your mailing.

Specifically - we've added the following:

  • Re-designed the reports layout for better "readability"
  • Added a "download summary" & "print this summary" options
  • Added new stat - "non-openers" & "non-clickers" (more on why in a moment)
  • Added "average # of opens per recipient" & "average clicks per recipient"
  • Added Top 50 Domains delivered too
  • Ability to view "Test Mode" mailing reports versus "Live Send Reports"

Coming soon:

  • Ability to create new lists and mail to them based on recipient behavior. (i.e. lets create a list of "non-openers" or "clickers" and send a followup campaign.)
  • RFBL (real-time Feedback Loops) - This will take any of your recipients who click the "This is Spam" button (AOL, Hotmail, etc.) and automatically report on number of complaints and will remove them from the list.
  • Visual click-thru maps - want a screen shot of your newsletter with location of links clicked in a geographical format? It's coming.
  • Rendering engine reports - want to preview your campaign before sending in Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, Outlook and Lotus Notes? It's coming.
