SENDLABS SIGNS FOUR EMAIL MARKETING CLIENTS

Among them, a NH Top 100 Company and a New York speaker's agency

MANCHESTER, NH – SendLabs, one of New England's premier email marketing software and services companies (http://www.sendlabs.com), is pleased to announce the addition of four prestigious clients to its growing roster of new business: PEP Direct, Discipline Associates, author Eric D. Knapp and SmoothSkin Cosmetic Laser Center.

"These three companies, and Eric Knapp as well, represent various industries and are located in different regions throughout the country, yet our web-hosted email software allows them all to strategically target and connect with their intended audiences throughout the world," SendLabs President Brett Houle said. "No matter where you're located, our software will help you generate success."

The new clients include:

- PEP Direct, Wilton, NH. PEP Direct was named one of Business NH Magazine's Top 100 Private Companies in 2007. They are a full-service direct marketing firm, primarily focusing on non-profit clients.

- Discipline Associates, Rochester, NY. A growing educational speaker company.

- Eric D. Knapp, New Hampshire. Cluck, Knapp's latest novel, was self-published in 2007 and is available through Amazon.

- SmoothSkin Cosmetic Laser Center, Londonderry, NH. An outpatient cosmetic and aesthetic medicine office, specializing in a variety of beautification treatments.

PEP Direct Sales and Marketing Specialist Andrea Manseau said that because her company deals primarily with non-profit organizations, she needed an email marketing company that could accommodate PEP Direct's unique sending schedules.

"SendLabs has the flexibility we are looking for, in addition to great customer representatives and creative professionals," Manseau said. "We know that their email marketing software will get our important messages out to the people we need to speak directly to."

"Our speakers conduct national seminars daily, meaning we are amassing new contacts all the time," Discipline Associates Director of Marketing Jon Crabbe said. "With using SendLabs, we can get those contacts imported quickly and start contacting them instantly."

These companies join a client list that includes Tyco, Citizens Bank, New Hampshire Lottery, NH Lottery Replay!, Griffin York & Krause, the Manchester Monarchs, Ecora and many others.

This one seems to come up often with smaller businesses or email marketing newbies. I thought I'd give you some food for thought as to why pasting code into Microsoft Outlook and blasting is not such a good idea for your company, its brand or your sanity. I vow to post three new reasons a day until I run out. (Hint: maybe there are a lot of them).

Email Marketing: The Anatomy of a Junk Email
Like most of us in the web world, I'm a bit groggy first thing in the morning anyway. As a result, I do a lot of clicking and deleting when I first check my email in the A.M. A lil' junk mail did make it through to my inbox (high five, spammers!) and this one in particular made me laugh; not LOL style, but more of a smirk.

In 2006 alone, Pizza Hut brought in over $9.3 billion in sales, almost doubling the second-place finisher, Domino's. You see their TV ads and you see their flyers in your mailbox every few months. They spend a lot of money in branding themselves a certain way and take great care in their image. So why isn't their email given the proper care?
