Email marketing from a Boston Red Sox game

When you're asked at 11 am if you want four tickets to a 1 pm Boston Red Sox/Kansas City Royals game at Fenway Park AND when you have the ability to take your web-hosted email marketing solution on the road, the answer is pretty easy: yes!

Myself, co-owners Brett and Mike and biz dev guy Josh headed down to Yawkey Way a few weeks ago on short notice, even though we had a few deployments to get out. A few Fenway Franks and a wireless connection via the Iphone later, I sent out a campaign with ease. Have you ever done web-based work from an unusual local? If so, let me know - swheeler {at} sendlabs {com} - and your story may get posted here (anonymously of course...we'll keep it a secret from your boss).

By the way, our seats were okay...
