New Feature: Link Popularity Report

Posted on Friday, November 28, 2008 by Brett

Ok, confession to make it. We revamped reports when we leaped from SL5 to SL6 (SendLabs 6 - current version) and forgot something. Yes, we made a mistake. The link popularity report. Remember it? Though you could technically get to the information in the reports interface, you had to drill into each individual link click report, grab a count, bounce back out, go to the next link, etc. It was tedious. In the previous version of SendLabs you had a quick option to look at the most popular links clicked for each campaign, from most to least popular in one quick snapshot. Of course, you can quickly and easily drill into each links report from the popularity report.

This features nice as marketers get a quick snapshot about which links recipients like to click best. Use this to craft your creative, find out what offers people are responding to most, decide where on the page (top, middle, bottom) to put calls-to-action, etc. Good luck!
