Over the coming months, we will be enhancing our existing integration with Salesforce.com. But for those of you looking for a powerful email marketing platform (or for existing customers not taking advantage of it), SendLabs lets you easily bring your lists into your account and in real time, send campaign data back to the lead or contact records associated with each subscriber in your Salesforce.com account.
Here's a quick review of how it works. If you'd like it enabled in your account, just contact Josh in Account Management at 296-4084,x02 or josh [at] sendlabs [dot-com].

What is it?
The SendLabs/Salesforce.com integration allows for:
- Accessing and pulling lists (or "reports") from your Salesforce.com account into SendLabs as new subscriber lists (with unlimited custom fields/data transfer).
- After campaign delivery, SendLabs reporting will send statistical data back to Salesforce.com at the contact level. The following history item will be recorded in your lead or contact screens history record.
- Campaign Sent
- Campaign Open
- Campaign Clicks
- Campaign Bounce
- Campaign Unsubscribe
How to install it
SendLabs gives advanced developers the ability to integrate directly with third-party applications (i.e. Salesforce.com) through what we call Advanced Triggers. Advanced Triggers are a way to communicate to third-party API’s through SOAP requests.
However, we realize many business users would like to simply provide SendLabs with Salesforce.com login information and immediately be able to access standard functionality and a bi-directional communication between both platforms.
